I have been battling with you since August 13,2021. The date my deceased wife, Mary E. Paden passed. Then. You jumped the gun and started robbing me before time! Robbing me of her Spousal Support Check that she legally gave to me. Then, I had been her legal husband for about 35 years! 

This Robbery is still being done during broad daylight. In direct violation of my 4th & 8th Amendment Rights. 

I am continuing my battle for Justice, my gift (Spousal Support). It does not belong to her. Mary, my deceased wife, nor the government. I will be filing a Motion for a Preliminary Injunction shortly. Requesting the Federal Court issue a Court Order for you to promptly cease & desist Robbing me! My request:a $100,000,000 mostly for punitive damages: it’s maliciously premeditated and intentionally planned to be permanent! 

Hopefully the current changes being made will help make Victory a reality. It surely brought its previous shaky, malfunctioning status to the public’s attention. With the divine help of our Loving Creator, I will be successful. He hates Injustice also. 

There is a problem when a government department is an enemy of the people. Rather than an ally. I have never been treated so evil by anything, anyone in all my life!

My battle for my Spousal Support is key Also, I’m emphasizing the importance of helping me stop SSA from violating our Agreement. To deduct only $10 a month. I should have justly been given an Over Payment Waiver! They already are taking $1,000 out of my Check every month!
